  4. Fill Details: Provide complete and accurate business details, such as:

10. User Responsibilities

  • Businesses must promptly respond to inquiries and feedback from potential customers.
  • Users must not engage in any activity that disrupts the platform’s functionality or violates the rights of others.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • DialGCC is a listing platform and does not directly facilitate transactions between businesses and their customers.
  • DialGCC is not liable for:
    • Errors or inaccuracies in user-provided information.
    • Disputes or losses arising from interactions between users and third parties.
    • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform usage.

12. Termination of Accounts

  • DialGCC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
