1. No Refunds
Once you have paid for a business listing, subscription plan, or any related service on DialGCC.com, the payment is non-refundable. This includes:
- Standard, Premium, and Featured listing plans.
- Any additional services such as sponsored promotions or social media advertisements.
We strongly recommend that you review the details of your listing, plan, or subscription before completing payment.
2. Cancellation Policy
Although we do not offer refunds, you may cancel or deactivate your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. However, please note:
- Cancellation: If you cancel your account or listing, your listing will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Deactivation: If you wish to deactivate your listing or business account, it will be removed from our platform, but you will not receive a refund for any unused period.
3. Issues or Disputes
If you experience issues related to the quality or functionality of our services, please contact us immediately at support@dialgcc.com. We will work with you to address your concerns and ensure your satisfaction within the bounds of our policy.
However, no refunds will be issued under these circumstances.
4. Exceptions
In exceptional cases where DialGCC has made a billing error or there is an issue that is our fault (e.g., incorrect billing or double payment), we will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis. In such cases, we may consider alternative solutions such as offering credits, adjusting payments, or providing future services.
5. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the GCC region, including but not limited to:

- Qatar
- Kuwait
